![]() After eight long years in the corporate world I decided I wanted to get out of the sterile cube-farm and actually help real people, and that's what I love doing today. I've been at the other end of tech support phone lines, trained whole tech support departments, and set up networks for the likes of Intel, McAfee and Symantec. I built my first green-text-and-blinking-cursor PC at age 11 when a "computer game" didn't have pictures and you actually had to type out the words "walk left, look at wall, jump off cliff" instead of just using a mouse.
